Brief Outline...

An amazing Full day climbing and Abseiling in the morning followed by Gorge Scrambling in the afternoon!  Only 30 minutes from Cardiff City centre, this activity package includes abseiling down a 100 foot cliff face, climbing up waterfalls, scrambling over obstacles and jumping into plunge pools, followed by a comedy extravaganza in the City’s best venue!!


Suggested Itinerary...

9:45am - Arrive, Kit up and safety brief
 
10:00am - Start Climbing and Abseiling

12:30pm - Change into wetsuits

3:00pm - Head off to local pub for tea and medals!!

Comfortable outdoor clothing and suitable footwear, wetsuits are provided but everyone will need to wear swimming kit under their wetsuits; don’t forget to bring a towel and spare trainers.
